Can I submit with unanswered practices?

No. The preflight disables finalization until every practice is answered. A carried-forward Level 2 cycle also requires every carried control to be reconfirmed or re-answered.

Does submitting send my score to SPRS?

No. CMMCTrack creates an internal point-in-time result and score snapshot. Your organization handles any required government submission.
