No. Eligibility depends on the requirement, its point value, the limited exception, the completed score, and whether any ineligible gaps remain. CMMCTrack may still show an ineligible gap as an internal remediation row.

Does marking a CMMCTrack item Closed complete official POA&M closeout?

No. Closed is local workflow tracking. Reevaluate the requirement and complete the applicable official closeout assessment and government record process outside CMMCTrack.
