Where do I get a CAGE code or a UEI?

Both come from the federal registration process. The UEI is issued through SAM.gov, which is also where federal entity registration happens. CMMCTrack stores the values you enter; it does not issue them.

Do CAGE or UEI affect my score?

No. They identify your company on records and exports. They are not part of how your assessment is scored.
