Is Submitted the same as filing in SPRS?

No. Submitted is a CMMCTrack workflow state. CMMCTrack does not send the assessment, score, affirmation, CMMC UID, or other records to SPRS or another government system.

Can a Sealed assessment be reopened?

No. Sealed is the permanent Level 2 close-out state. Start the next Level 2 cycle from the sealed record instead.
